Shipping your parcel

Parcels are generally shipped within 2 to 3 days of receiving payment. They are sent via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Whatever the delivery method, we send you a link to track your parcel online.

Shipping fees include preparation and packaging as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but particular care is taken with fragile items.

The boxes are suitably sized and your items are properly protected.
